J. Bernard Nicolas is a well-traveled graduate of UCLA's film school who ran away from Los Angeles to nurture other talents and a zest for a healthier life. He is a parent, a family therapist, a self-published novelist, screenwriter, filmmaker, and photographer . In 1992, he founded a video distribution company which was the first enterprise to commercially release African Cinema on home video in the U.S. Bernard's most recent passion is to find a way to combine his creative background in image production with his current therapeutic work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. |
